More information
These queries are provided as free tools that you can use as part of a clinical audit. They are also intended to facilitate peer review as the same query can be run in different practices.
Where does the data come from?
The data source for the queries is your PMS system . The Atlas uses data from the Ministry of Health’s national data collections and does
not provide analyses at a lower level than district health board. There are some differences between your PMS data and the National Collections
that need to be considered when interpreting results. For example, a PMS contains details on ordered laboratory tests and prescribed medications
whereas the National Collections only count laboratory tests that were performed and medications that were dispensed.
